Talisker 2008 8 Years Old Hunter Laing / Old Malt Cask. Matured in a single refill hogshead for eight years, this 2008 Talisker single malt was bottled in January 2017 as part of Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask series.

Tasting Note 

Nose: Citrus freshness, with clean malt and hints of salinity shining through.

Palate: Still coastal and savoury, though soft hints of vanilla and white grape give it a subtle sweetness.

Finish: Apricot, almond and peppery oak.
