Delivery Between 3 - 5 Working Days

Your order will processed the same day if you order before 10am. Any orders made after will be processed the next working day

Same day and next day delivery options are available. Charges apply accordingly

Free delivery for all orders above $300

For delivery into Sentosa, Jurong Island and other restricted areas, a special delivery charge of S$30 will be applicable.

Orders will be sent to your doorstep within 3 - 5 working days

We apologise for delayed deliveries in the event where there is bad weather, traffic congestion, high delivery volume, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery timings might be delayed. We seek your cooperation and ask that you be patient.

In the rare event where your order has not been delivered on the appointed day, do contact us on our live chat (stating your order no.) or email us.

Overseas Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation.

Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify THE WHISKY SHOP's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we receive your order. THE WHISKY SHOP reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.

If THE WHISKY SHOP cancels an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
