French Oak Second Fill TD0374 was distilled in October of 2012 and decanted in July of 2025 maturing at 12 years and 8 months, in a single 300L French oak ex-tawny cask previously filled with an older batch of Sullivans Cove Single Malt Whisky.
Our French Oak Second-Fill casks have a history as rich as their flavour. Initially serving as first-fill ex-Tawny casks for an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove single malt, the best casks are then selected for a second round of maturation. This maturation style beautifully displays the rich character of the French oak, while allowing the distinctive spirit character of Sullivans Cove to take centre stage.
