A 18 year old single malt from Speyburn, which has been independently bottled for the Mackillop's Choice range. This was was filled into a single cask back in May 2001, and set aside to slumber until March 2020, when it was bottled with an outturn of just 138 bottles.

Nose: Appley nose, almost Calvados, with apples, pears and summer fuits. Quite delicate.
Palate: Round, smooth, mature palate with some golden fruity notes.
Finish: A lengthy finish that shows some spiciness from the oak.
