Made famous in the late 18th century by the legendary distiller-smuggler Magnus Eunson, the distillery behind the name “Secret Orkney,” located in the Orkney Islands, is Scotland’s northernmost.

Aged in a first-fill sherry cask, this version proudly asserts its island origins, especially allowing a pervasive peat to fully express itself aromatically.

On the palate, the same peat becomes more generous, gradually giving way to malty, lactic, fruity, and earthy flavors that overflow with lyricism.
