Cask Strength refers to whiskies that are bottled straight from the barrel, completely undiluted. ABV levels for cask strengths lie typically in the range of 52 - 62% ABV. This gives the consumer complete control over the experience of enjoying the drink by diluting it the way they like it best. This expression from TTL OMAR is aged in Bourbon cask.

Our whisky matured in American bourbon casks for more than four years. Selected by many qualified panelists then bottled in cask strength by hand. It’s the model of ex-bourbon cask whisky in Taiwan. Without caramel color or chill-filtration.

Color: Deep golden

Aroma: Yellow flowers, honey, butter, citrus and dried longan with scent of joss stick, angelica sinensis making the ancient oriental sense of mystery.

Palate: Complex texture with sweetness and bitterness, then back to sweetness.

Finish: Long finish with joss stick, butter and citrus.

Alcohol: 58.2%
