Non-peat malt raw liquor distilled at Nagahama Distillery and peated malt raw liquor distilled at Saburomaru Distillery are added with carefully scrutinized overseas malt raw liquor, and each raw liquor complements and enhances the “extra” taste. We have composed a blend recipe aiming at. Please enjoy the savory flavor to your heart’s content.
Tasting Note:
Aroma - Sweet and fruity aroma of honey, vanilla, and green apple with a soft smoky aftertaste.
Taste - Mild sweetness comes to the fore, but gradually changes to malt-derived flavor and bitterness.
Aftertaste - Bitter and complex aftertaste continues.
