The second release of Japanese Single Malt from this distillery which also belongs to Mars/Hombo Shuzo highlights the peat element in their whisky. Distilled between 2016-2017 and bottled in 2020, about 14,830 bottles were released. Honey and peat on the nose followed by barley and crisp apples. The sweet and smoky flavours continue through the finish.
