A 1997 vintage Longmorn single malt, drawn from a single cask that matured the whisky until March 2020. Following that rest, this expression was independently bottled for the Mackillop's Choice range at cask strength with a small outturn of only 86 bottles.

Nose: Soft, buiscuits, sweet, mature malt. Surpirsingly not spirit despite high alcoholic strength. Faint hints of Bovril. Some sweet toffee notes.
Palate: Richer than expected. Full, rich sweet mature malt with toffee sweetness, and buiscuits. Nicely balanced.
Finish: Finishes long, sweet and spicy, and well balanced.
