The nose is very deep and rich from aging for over 18 years. You can feel it age. The palate is very complex and deep with a whisp of smoke and spice, but still relaxed with notes of sweet honey and vanilla cream. The finish is long with a touch of cool mint. It is finished lightly with spring water from the wilderness of Tottori.
