Kilchoman Sanaig. This spring, Islay’s farm-distillery released a new permanent version. Kilchoman Sanaig comes from a blend of 50% bourbon casks and 50% sherry casks. A real tribute to the Isle of Islay, Sanaig is also the name of a rocky inlet not far from the Kilchoman distillery.
