A terrific single cask Highland Park, distilled in 12 December 1991 and bottled at a cask strength 53.9% ABV in September 2017 for Mackillop's Choice, with an outturn of 283 bottles. What's not to like?

Nose: Soft, creamy nose. Very smooth with nice malty tones as well as elegant marine notes of salt and seaweed.
Palate: Soft and elegant with some delicate sweetness and a nice balance of marine notes.
Finish: A long finish that is quite dry and malty.
