A single cask Scotch whisky from Orkney's excellent Highland Park Distillery! This one was distilled back in June 1987, and filled into cask #1551 to slumber for over three decades. At 31 years of age, the whisky was bottled in January 2019 at 40.1% ABV, producing only 194 bottles. Yet another cracking release from the Mackillop's Choice series.
