A rare single cask release from GlenAllachie, this bottling spent its life in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, giving it rich dried fruit character with elegant spice. It’s non-chill filtered and captures the depth of sherry-wood influence while preserving the distillery’s malt spirit.

The aroma greets you with dark chocolate, mocha, and salted caramel, joined by orange zest, heather honey, and a touch of winter truffle.

On the palate expect dried orchard fruits, stewed plums, muscovado sugar, honeycomb, and hints of treacle. Warming spice arrives in the form of cinnamon and crystallised ginger to close. The finish lingers with oak, soft spice, and a lingering fruit sweetness.
