From the Hepburn's Choice independent bottling range comes a nine year old single malt Scotch whisky distilled by Caol Ila back in 2010! It was drawn from a wine cask in 2020, producing 388 bottles, presented at 46% ABV.

Nose: Strawberry tart, seaweed, and some savoury oatcake warmth.

Palate: Still packed plenty of coastal notes, though how with honey and damson jam in support.

Finish: Cinnamon and smoked paprika spiciness, mellowed by caramel.
