Balmenach 1979 40 Year Old Old & Rare. Rich and fruity whisky from Balmenach, bottled after long ageing as part of the, appropriately titled, Old & Rare range by Hunter Laing. This takes the distillery's classic Speyside character and amplifies it, layering rich, winter fruit with peppery spice and fresh citrus.
