This  Sherry Cask version is a blend of single malt whiskies from Islay aged exclusively in first and second-fill sherry casks. Bottled at a higher proof, this whisky reveals a unique character with smoky and lemony flavors, along with beautiful notes of dried fruits and chocolate. Elements of Islay unveils its new range composed of three 70cl expressions: Cask Edit, Bourbon Cask, and Sherry Cask. Each recipe is the result of blending single malt whiskies from Islay and perfectly portrays the flavor landscape of this wild little island.

Colour : Deep gold.

Nose : Rich, velvety. Peaty, chocolatey, exotic.

Palate : Lively, fresh. Dried fruits, dates, laurel.

Finish : Long, robust. Crème brûlée, cocoa, mint.
