This Bourbon Cask version is a blend of single malt whiskies from Islay aged exclusively in first and second-fill bourbon casks. Bottled at a higher proof, this whisky reveals a unique character with flavors that are both fruity and smoky, blending with the fresh and exotic character of a distillery located on the north coast of Islay. Elements of Islay unveils its new range composed of three 70cl expressions: Cask Edit, Bourbon Cask, and Sherry Cask.
