A: You can email us at or talk to us on our website, we will get back to you as soon as possible within one working day.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept Apple Pay, American Expression, Visa, Mastercard. Paypal and Bank transfer.

Q: If I want to purchase an additional bottle but I have already sent in my order, can I change it?

A: We do not charge additional delivery fees to any of our orders on this website, hence for additional orders, simply submit another order online.

Q: If I want to change order, what do I do?

A: You can talk to us on our website’s live chat or email to enquire and we’ll see what we can do to change your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: For local shipping, your order is refundable. For overseas shipping, only your shipping fee will be charged to you. 

Q: How can I check on my delivery status?

A: You will get an email of your tracking order after the order has been submitted. Your delivery status will be updated to you. Before the delivery comes, a text will be sent to your mobile phones to notify you of the order’s estimated arrival time.

Q: If nobody is home to receive the order, then what would happen?

A: Our delivery services will arrange another time for the order to be delivered with you again through SMS.

Q: If I live outside of Singapore, can I still have my purchases delivered (i.e. Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.)?

A: Yes, there is a shipping fee. The fees are based on the size of order. We only deliver to eleven countries, Brunei, Malaysia, Finland, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand.

Q: What if I want a bottle that your site doesn’t sell?

A: Do drop us an e-mail and we would be happy to see if we have the stocks because we are still currently in the midst of uploading more products online. Hence some products that we might have are not put up on our website as of yet.

Delivery Policy

  • Free local delivery!
  • Goods will be delivered 2 working day from when order is submitted if order is placed before 10:00 AM, thereafter 2-3 working days needed.
  • Delivery timings can be scheduled at your request time slot:

9 am – 12 pm

12pm – 3pm

3 pm – 6 pm

6pm – 10pm

  • We apologise for delayed deliveries in the event where there is bad weather, traffic congestions, high volumes of delivery, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery timings might be delayed. We seek your cooperation and ask that you be patient.
  • In the rare event where your order has not been delivered at the appointed day, do contact us on our live chat (stating your order no.) or email us.
  • Shipping is free only for areas within Singapore
  • Shipping charges will be included for overseas orders
  • Goods delivered and approved by the customer upon delivery cannot be refunded
  • An exchange can be made if the bottle(s) appears to have cracks or is already opened. Do contact us about your situation and further verification can be made.
