Local Barley was an iconic range of expressions from Springbank discontinued in 2001. The series has been revived and this is the first of five annual releases. Made with barley grown at Low Machrimore Farm in the south of the Kintyre peninsula, this was distilled in September 1999 and aged for 16 years. Sweet with notes of peat, butter tablet and soft fruit.
