Produced by the King Car Group in Yilan County since 2005, Kavalan is Taiwan’s premier whisky, renowned for pioneering tropical maturation. Its hot, humid climate accelerates aging, resulting in a rich, smooth, and fruit-forward profile—often showcasing mango and citrus notes—that rivals aged Scottish counterparts in a fraction of the time.
