Bunnahabhain

Portraits of Ainu Chieftain
This series is painted by Hakyo Kakizaki (1764-1826), a samurai retainer of the Matsumae clan, who occupied the southern part of Hokkaido to defend the border.

Dong Fang Ming selected the Bunnahabhain 1988, bourbon cask matured. Label featuring Poroya, Ainu Chieftain of Bekkai. Present you the uniqueness of art.

Tasting Note
Nose: Sweetened shaved ice, bubble gum, very fruity: lychee, melon, orange zest, green apple, hint of Oolong tea.

Taste: Light body, creamy. Fruity sweetness, fresh mint, cooked apples, a bit salkty, attack of spices (cloves, star anise)

Finish: Medium, with a mixture of woody bitterness and sweetness. The empty glass smells extremly fruity.
