DESCRIPTION
Yamazaki 12 Year Old was introduced to the market in 1984 and was the first seriously marketed Japanese single malt whisky. By now, it is an internationally coveted whisky, winning award after award, and having been named by Jim Murray as being the best whisky in the world.

TASTING NOTES
- Color: pure gold
- Nose: peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara (Japanese oak)
- Palate: coconut, cranberry, butter
- Finish: sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish

TASTING NOTES
To the Eye
Golden honey.
To the Nose
Crème brulee, a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness of Auchentoshan.
To the Tongue
Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.
To the End
Gingery and slightly drying, with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.
